MYOFASCIAL RELEASE 

Myofascial massage is suitable for those that suffer from chronic pain, restricted range of motion, or injuries due to accidents or repetitive strain. It can also be beneficial for those with postural problems or muscle tension due to stress.

STRETCH THERAPY

Stretch Therapy improves flexibility, mobility, and overall muscle function. Useful for rehabilitation after injuries as well as for injury prevention.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Using sports massage techniques for individuals who engage in regular physical activity. It is typically used to help prevent and treat injuries, as well as to enhance athletic performance and aid in recovery after strenuous exercise.

When a place says they provide massage services, it can range from an add-on to a nail appt or a fancy spa. Rarely is it truly massage THERAPY but that’s what you’ll experience with Michelle. From an initial check in on where you are mentally & physically to a thorough, responsive massage that works out your knots and stress. I’m grateful to have connected with her.
